Poor customer service, unclear business practices, unauthorized transaction. The worst kind of operator, save yourself the pain and steer clear.
There is nothing on the website , confirmation emails or the app that suggested I had purchased anything other than a single months access, yet they took a second payment from me that was three time my first one off payment, despite numerous emails, they have failed to provide any evidence that I had agreed to a subscription service. Had to go through my bank to get it sorted out.
Please be aware this is common practice for this company. Save yourself the pain

DISPUTE THE CHARGES WITH YOUR BANK! I thought I was paying a one time charge.
As soon as I signed up I was taken to a screen that prompted me to join a subscription. I knew immediately I didn't want anything to do with them and backed out so as not incur further charges. Didn't work, my bank account was hit 4 days ago for another $63.58. I have contacted them 3 times for a refund.
The only response I've received is that they canceled further bank withdrawals. Have not received a refund.
Just called my bank and dispute. My bank said they will reverse the charges.

I felt I was deceived by price and want a full refund. I thought I was being charged 29 dollars for program I was charged a *** of a lot more!!!

Unaware that I had a subscription. I wish to cancel immediately.
I also wish to have a refund of payments taken from my account.
This is a help line for persons needing assistance, they should not be trapped into financial commitments.
No email sent confirming terms and ensuring is aware they have an ongoing subscription, no email advising of cooling off period or how to cancel subscription. This seems like sharp practice

I tried to sign up for a month of the service to try it out. The cost was to be $29.95 plus tax.
I was notified almost immediately of questions from my credit card company. The app company tacked an additional $140+ charge on as a separate charge that I never asked for or authorized. I requested a full refund. This was their response: 'Your plan has been successfully canceled.
Enjoy full access until your subscription ends! Thank you for your feedback!' That doesn't sound like a refund is pending since my subscription never started!

I really dont have time for this and didnt realize the cost per month and how difficult it was to cancel out which I have wanted to try to do since last month but could not figure it out then either. Deceptive Business Practices
I was charged more than $130 for a service I am not using. I was offered a 25% refund.
I found that unacceptable and will be contesting this charge through PayPal. Incidentally, you cannot contact Today Is the Day by phone--only via email.

After requesting a refund from “Today Is The Day” multiple times over the past week, they have yet to respond with any resolution or refund. Ironic company name, isn’t it?
Cancelled order, no response from Today Is The Day. Emailed and never received confirmation of cancellation.
